Introducing the Committee

The Environmental Council is a Model United Nations committee dedicated to addressing global environmental challenges and promoting sustainable development. It focuses on issues such as climate change, biodiversity loss, pollution, and the responsible use of natural resources. The Council aims to foster international cooperation and create actionable, science-based policies that balance environmental protection with economic and social needs. In MUN, delegates in the Environmental Council work collaboratively to develop innovative and realistic solutions that safeguard the planet for present and future generations.
